I have recently added to my pattern collection and have now produced a booklet of patterns for 6 quick quilt styles in many sizes, which is now available from me or through Indigo Niche.

I finished these just in time for Indigo Niche to sell them at the recent craft show in Brisbane and Townsville..

For anyone who bought a copy from the stand please note we have discovered some errors in the first pattern, page 1 of Oriental Delight.

You will need 70cm of the stripe, not 50cm a shown.

Also, You need to cut three 6 1/2" squares of the red, only four in the stripe, and six in the cream.

I apologise for any inconvenience this error may have caused.

All kits being provided have been corrected.

SKILL BUILDERS

The Skill builder groups will continue this year and instead of the Oxley Guide hut, they will now be at the new address.

The Courthouse group and Grandvale groups will continue on the same days and venues as last year.

For all of these groups, Jan is able to assist students with designing a quilt, assist with instructions on how to make many different styles, through to quilting and finishing, and it doesn't matter whether it is a new project or an old one that you need help with. Students attend regularly each month and enjoy the ongoing support and friendship that exists within the groups.

Yeerongpilly

Cottage Groups

These are groups that meet to stitch and chat, to share and learn, some are connected to the state group of Queensland Quilters (www.qldquilters.com) others are just groups of friends.
